Hi Everyone, I was invited by Rory to post this letter that I had sent her; she thought it might be helpful.
Hi, I subscribe to your blog, and a few others, but lately I have not been able to open the content. I contacted Phil Hollows with Feedblitz, and he has been very unwilling to help with this situation. I know there have to be more people who are experiencing this problem. Phil tried to say, that it is my computer and to go in to my Feedblitz subscriptions and " start deleting subsciptions" so that my computer could handle it. I did that, even though, my laptop is brand new and very capable of handling the Feedblitz subscriptions, I went to a friend who has a computer consulting company, who told me that problem is with Feedblitz. The owners of these blogs are paying for a service, but we the subsribers can't read it. I have a few blogs that I read with Feedburner and have never had this problem. I informed Phil Hollows that I would be contacting the owners of the blogs to inform them of this problem, since they may not be aware of it; only after I have sent repeated messages to him asking for his help with this problem. Maybe you and the other owners of blogs can pursuade Phil to fix the problem, I sure can't. Thanks, A frustrated reader. Desi Wilson
